Jennifer Goldstein

Jennifer Goldstein came to real estate from two careers that turn out to matter a great deal in a house like this one.

The first was publishing. She spent close to a decade at Condé Nast as Senior Marketing Director for Vogue Latin America and Mexico, and for Vanity Fair Mexico — which is where she learned to present a property to an international audience rather than a local one. For a Coral Gables house priced at this level, where the buyer may be arriving from São Paulo, Mexico City or New York, that is not a soft skill.

The second was building. She spent more than twenty years working alongside her husband’s development company on luxury home design, construction and sales. She has stood on the other side of a build — reading a specification, judging a finish, knowing how a house is put together and where the value sits. A buyer who asks a hard question about this house gets an answer rather than a brochure.

She holds a law degree from the University of Miami and reads a contract accordingly. Her sales record places her in the top four percent of Douglas Elliman agents company-wide and earned her the firm’s Ellie Pinnacle Award.

Born in New York and raised in South Florida, she has lived in Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Brickell and Ocean Reef, and now lives in Coral Gables and works the neighborhoods around it — Coconut Grove, Ponce-Davis, Pinecrest, South Miami and Miami Beach.
