Boscan Construction

Boscan is a family-run Miami contractor that has been building in South Florida for more than sixteen years. It built this house.

Its portfolio includes the sales galleries for Banyan Tree Residences and The Perigon and the Cipriani sales center in Brickell — spaces built to be judged up close by buyers at the top of the market. The same standard carries into a private house: a written specification, a sequenced schedule and an inspection record rather than a handshake.

The firm states its approach in three words — integrity, transparency and communication. On this project that meant building to specification, permitted and inspected at every stage, with documentation a buyer’s inspector can read.
